Privacy & analytics

Analytics is optional and off by default. The whole site works with analytics off.

Your analytics choice

If you allow it, Google Analytics helps me understand which pages people visit and how they use the site. Your choice is saved in this browser until you change it or clear your browser data.

Analytics is off. JavaScript is needed only to change this preference.

How analytics works

Google’s analytics script stays blocked until you choose Allow analytics. Scrolling, searching, following links, or using the portfolio does not turn it on.

If allowed, Google receives analytics requests and may store analytics cookies in your browser. Advertising signals and ad personalization stay off. Private case studies are excluded.

You can change your choice here at any time through the privacy & analytics link in the footer. Turning analytics off stops future collection and clears this site’s accessible Google Analytics cookies. It does not erase data already sent to Google.

Browser preferences

A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal keeps analytics off, even if you previously allowed it. Theme and analytics preferences are stored locally so the site can remember your settings.

If your browser cannot read a saved preference, analytics starts off. If it cannot save your choice, that choice applies to this page only.
